Joseph works across software engineering, data science and advanced computing research. His professional background includes work at Microsoft on cloud database availability, geographic disaster recovery, telemetry and service reliability, along with prior data-science work at the National Security Agency.
He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering and bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Physics from The George Washington University. He is pursuing doctoral research in electrical engineering at the University of Florida, with interests spanning topological quantum computing, superconductors and photonics.
